A Speech on a New Vision for Peace: The Three-State Solution
Introduction
Ladies and gentlemen,
Today I stand before you with a simple idea.
A bold idea.
An idea for peace.
The world has seen many conflicts.
But one conflict stands out.
Long. Painful. Unresolved.
That is the Israel–Palestine conflict.
For more than 100 years,
people have suffered.
Lives have been lost.
Hope has been broken.
Today, I want to present a new way.
A different way.
The Problem
We have tried many solutions.
The most popular one is the two-state solution.
But let us be honest.
It has not worked.
Two sides.
Two claims.
Two histories.
And endless conflict.
When two sides face each other,
they often become rivals.
Not partners.
A Simple Observation
Sometimes,
simple things teach us big lessons.
I once saw two cats fighting.
They fought harder when disturbed.
Another time,
a third cat came.
Calm. Neutral.
And the fight stopped.
This made me think—
what if human conflicts are similar?
The Core Idea
If two cannot solve the problem,
why not bring a third?
This is the heart of the idea.
Not two states.
But three states.
The Three-State Vision
The proposal is simple:
- A Palestinian state
- An Israeli state
- A new neutral state
This third state can be called Jerusalem. or Republic of Jerusalem
It will not belong to either side.
It will belong to peace.
Role of the Third State
This new state will act as:
- A buffer zone
- A bridge between two nations
- A place of coexistence
- Human Wall between two nations
- and Breathing Space of peaceful people
It will reduce direct conflict.
It will build trust.
It will create space for dialogue.
Why a Third State Matters
History teaches us something important.
Two sides often remain divided.
But three sides can create balance.
In decision-making,
odd numbers bring resolution.
Even numbers create deadlock.
This is not just theory.
This is reality.
Learning from Other Conflicts
Look around the world.
- North Korea and South Korea
- India and Pakistan
- Russia and Ukraine
Many conflicts remain unresolved.
Why?
Because there is no effective neutral third force.
The Unique Power of Neutrality
The third state will be neutral.
Not controlled by Israel.
Not controlled by Palestine.
It can be supported by the United Nations.
It will protect holy sites.
It will ensure equal access.
It will respect all religions.

For Israel

For the World

Challenges
Yes, there will be challenges.
- Political resistance

- Implementation complexity
But every great idea faces resistance first.
Why Now?
Because the current system is failing.
Because people are suffering.
Because waiting is no longer an option.

We need courage.
Courage to think differently.
Courage to accept change.
Courage to choose peace over pride.
